By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using Teen Homeschool Academy (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
A parent or legal guardian must create and manage the owner/parent account. Student accounts may be created by the parent/guardian for their own children. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Access to the Service requires an active paid subscription, billed monthly or yearly depending on the plan selected. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Seat limits apply per plan (e.g. Per User, Per-2-User, Family). You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Merchandise purchased through the Store is billed as a one-time payment at checkout. Shipping, returns, and exchanges (if offered) will be described at the point of sale.

Course materials, lesson videos, quizzes, and certificates provided through the Service are for educational purposes only. Teen Homeschool Academy does not guarantee that completing any course satisfies your state, school district, or other regulatory homeschool requirements. Certificates issued through the Service are not accredited diplomas unless explicitly stated otherwise, and families are responsible for verifying compliance with their own jurisdiction's homeschool laws and graduation requirements.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent payment activity, or misuse the Service. You may close your account at any time from Account Settings.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teen Homeschool Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
